Momo’s treatments are performed with clients comfortably clothed. This allows for specific assessment, joint and tissue work, and movement-based techniques that are central to my approach. We recommend selecting loose-fitting attire made from soft, breathable fabrics.

Massage Therapy

Momo will assess posture, and restriction by standing, sitting or laying on the table.
Treatments can be done either over the clothes or sometimes directly on the skin with proper draping or covering to the client's comfort.
Please wear or bring comfortable clothes for this treatment.

Momoko Sekiguchi

Momo’s approach is assessment-driven and whole-body focused. With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and advanced training in osteopathic manual therapy, she works to identify underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, gentle joint and tissue work, and movement-based strategies. Treatment pressure and style are adapted to the body’s response on the day of treatment.

This approach is well-suited for individuals with chronic or recurring pain, complex patterns of discomfort, or those seeking a thoughtful, integrative style of manual therapy.
